Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping services to all regions in India, including major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, their surrounding areas, and remote regions.
Shipping Time
- Major Cities: 3-5 business days after order confirmation
- Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days after order confirmation
- Remote Regions: 7-10 business days after order confirmation
Please note that shipping time may be delayed due to weather, holidays, address accuracy, and other factors.
Shipping Fees
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹999: A standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies
- Express Shipping: An additional ₹199 is charged, with delivery within 2-3 business days (available only in major cities)
Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, we will send a logistics tracking number to your registered email address
- You can check the order status on our website using the tracking number
- You can also inquire about the order status through our customer service hotline
Shipping Address Change
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service team before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
Receipt Instructions
- Please check if the package is intact upon receipt
- If the package is obviously damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately
