We want you to be completely satisfied with the products purchased from sanokesh. If you are not satisfied with your purchased products, we provide the following refund and return policy:
Return Period
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product, provided that the product remains in its original condition, unused, with intact tags, and in undamaged packaging.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The received product does not match the order
- The product size is incorrect (please refer to our size guide)
Ineligible Conditions for Returns
- Used or damaged products
- Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear (unless there is a quality issue)
- Customized or personalized products
- Special-priced items during promotional periods (unless there is a quality issue)
Return Process
- Send an email to customerservice@sanokesh.in, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable)
- We will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization
- Return the product to the designated address in accordance with the instructions we provide
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days
Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary, usually taking 3-5 business days
- We do not bear the return shipping cost, unless the return is caused by our error
